Certificate records alongside the printer at the production site

Engineering • Regulatory Compliance

Certified. And Verifiable.
Nothing More. Nothing Less.

Every Precise3D printer is backed by CE (LVD) conformity and RoHS compliance — both documented by third-party test reports you can look up online by report number. For everything else, we tell you honestly what we hold and what we do not hold yet.

Market Access

Why Certification Is a Distributor's Best Friend

For a distributor, compliance documentation is not a feature — it is what your customs broker asks for at the border. So we publish exactly what we have: certified test reports for CE Low Voltage Directive conformity and RoHS hazardous-substance compliance, both issued by a third-party testing laboratory, with the report numbers right on this page.

We are deliberately precise about the rest: we do not claim certifications we cannot point to. No US radio authorization on record, no retail safety listing, and no Korea, India, South Africa, or UK conformity marks — and we will not say otherwise in our paperwork or yours. Compliance for other target markets is assessed per project, with the applicable testing timed to your destination country.

Reports listed by number are pulled up on the issuing laboratory’s public report-lookup page. Copies of the test reports and a Declaration of Conformity are included with shipments and available to authorized partners on request.

Documents dated before 2022 (2017/2018) are historical records for earlier model generations, kept for traceability. The current family is covered by the current test files: EMC, CE safety (EN 62368-1) and RoHS reports.

Verification Guide

How to Verify Each Credential

Every credential below is independently checkable in under two minutes. This is how you — and your customer's customs agent — confirm what we claim.

CredentialReport NumberStandard / DirectiveHow to Verify
CE (LVD) On file LVD 2014/35/EU · EN 62368-1:2014+A11:2017 Use the issuing laboratory’s public verification page — search by report number, and the record returns applicant, product, model list and issue date.
RoHS On file RoHS 2.0 Directive (EU) 2015/863 Same public lookup — the record returns the compliance verification and test scope.

Compliance Statement

What We Certify, How We Say It

CE (LVD) and RoHS are the market-access baseline for consumer electronics in Europe, and our record in both is third-party verified. We keep the rest honest and per-market.

Our compliance stance is deliberately narrow and verifiable: CE LVD conformity and RoHS compliance, each backed by a report with a public record. Everything else that a market requires — US radio authorization, retail safety listing, and the conformity schemes of other destination countries — is scoped and carried out per project, based on where the goods are going, and timed to your production run rather than claimed in advance.

Why we prefer this: a compliance claim a buyer cannot check is worth nothing, and a compliance claim we cannot support is a liability for you at your own border. When a project needs additional testing, we quote it up front and give you the document trail when it finishes.

Shipments leave Shenzhen with what is on this page, and the Declaration of Conformity and test-report copies travel with the goods.

Document review at the Shenzhen production site — test reports travel with each shipment

Compliance file per shipment: Declaration of Conformity, test report copies, and certificate scans.

Documented Test Records

Every finished unit is powered, print-tested and burned in on the production floor before packing, and test records are kept per shipment. Report numbers, model coverage, and issuing laboratory are stated on the papers we provide.

Variant & Change Control

An OEM variant that changes electronics or enclosure is assessed against the base-platform report before we claim continued conformity; changes that affect compliance are re-tested, not re-worded.

Partner Documentation Package

For each order: Declaration of Conformity, copy of the relevant test reports, certificate scans, and packing documents. If your market needs something beyond that, we scope the test with the lab and quote you the timeline.

Market Access

Where Precise3D Printers Ship Today

Our manufacturing network in Shenzhen exports primarily to Europe, North America, South America, and Asia. Here is how compliance plays out per region.

Europe

EU / EEA — CE (LVD) RoHS 2015/863 UK conformity — assessed per order

The two credentials above are the EU baseline. UK-market conformity is assessed separately if your market is across the Channel.

Americas

CE (LVD) file on hand US radio authorization — not claimed Retail safety listing — not claimed

US/Canadian market testing is scoped per project — we state the scope, we test it, we document it.

Asia & Others

Shenzhen-based export channel Korea/India/South Africa schemes — not claimed Per-country scheme on request

Local conformity schemes — Korea, India, South Africa, Brazil and similar — are run with an accredited lab when your order targets that market.

CE (LVD) verification scan

Order documentation is prepared per destination country — the marks on the labels match the papers in the box.

RoHS 2.0 report scan

Every export order gets a compliance file: true to what is on record, nothing more.

Honest Disclosure

What We Do Not Claim

Integrity is the compliance. This table states plainly where our credential file stands — including the marks we do not hold, so the claim never lands on your customs agent by surprise.

Verified on Record

CE (LVD) — report on file · EN 62368-1:2014+A11:2017. RoHS (EU 2015/863) — report on file. Both issued by an independent third-party laboratory and verifiable online by report number.

Not Claimed

US radio authorization (none in the public database), retail safety listing, Korea, India, South Africa, and UK conformity marks, and quality-management registration — none are claimed by Precise3D. Where a market needs one, we have nothing to show until the project's testing is actually done.

Working With You

Tell us the destination country; we scope the required testing with an accredited laboratory, quote timeline and cost, and deliver the documents to your company when the reports are issued.
