About Us

Precision Engineering.
Shenzhen-Built.

Precise3D is the brand we sell with — and behind it is a production network in Shenzhen, China, built by people who have made 3D printers for a living for years. We work with B2B buyers across Europe, North America, South America, and Asia.

Our Story

Precise3D started with a simple belief: that a B2B buyer should get a machine described accurately, built consistently, and backed in writing. The production network behind Precise3D runs a 3,500 sqm facility in Shenzhen with four assembly cell groups and a dedicated burn-in line — and whether you take a shelf model or an OEM variant, the same floor builds it.

Around 15 R&D engineers support the machines and firmware; production, QC, and support staff run the floor. Every printer is powered and print-tested before packing, and the compliance file that ships with it is one we can actually point to.

We don't just build printers — we build partnerships. Account managers work directly with distributors to configure product, packaging, and support materials for each target market; and because the engineering group and the production floor sit in one network, most changes you ask for are answered by the people who would build them.

One number buyers ask about more than any other is the minimum for a branded run: custom branding — logo silkscreen, firmware interface, packaging, spec adjustments — starts at 100 units. Below that, standard config units ship from stock in single and sample quantities. If you are evaluating the network, the fastest honest path is a sample order: one to five units at wholesale pricing, tested in your own market before you commit.

The Network Behind Precise3D

Not a Startup. A Production Network With Years of Machines Built.

Precise3D ships from a dedicated Shenzhen production network: 3,500 m2 of machine building, four assembly cells plus a burn-in & print-test line, and an R&D group around 15 engineers strong. ODM/OEM customization starts at 100 units, and the printer family ships as CE (LVD) and RoHS verified.

We keep the brand, the supply chain, and the compliance files — the network manufactures the product. It is a partnership, not a purchase.

Proof, Not Claims

What We Can Prove

Compliance files are third-party reports with report numbers you can look up yourself. Copies ship with every order, and each report is searchable on the issuing laboratory’s public database.

CE (LVD) verification scan — EN 62368-1

CE (LVD) —

EN 62368-1:2014+A11:2017 safety conformity for the printer family — searchable at the issuing laboratory report page.

RoHS report scan — EU 2015/863

RoHS —

EU 2015/863 restricted-substance compliance report — same report number, same public lookup.

Quality Assurance

Certifications & Compliance

CE (LVD) — Verified

CE Low Voltage Directive conformity: LVD 2014/35/EU, EN 62368-1:2014+A11:2017 — report on file, third-party verifiable online by report number.

RoHS — Verified

RoHS compliance (EU 2015/863) — report on file from the same independent laboratory. Copies travel with shipments and are available to partners.

What We Do Not Claim

No US radio authorization, no retail safety listing, and no Korea/India/South Africa/UK conformity marks — none are claimed. Compliance beyond CE (LVD) and RoHS is scoped and tested per project when your market needs it.

OEM Capabilities

Your Brand, Our Engineering

From custom firmware to branded packaging — we offer complete white-label and OEM solutions for distributors of any scale.

Custom Branding

Your logo on the printer body, boot screen, packaging, and user manual. We handle all tooling modifications and artwork preparation.

Firmware Customization

Custom boot animations, language packs, pre-loaded print profiles, and region-specific default settings tailored to your market.

Packaging Design

Retail-ready packaging with your brand identity. Multi-language quick-start guides. Pallet optimization for cost-efficient container shipping.

Certification Support

We provide full technical documentation for the credentials we hold — CE (LVD) and RoHS, with report numbers your customs broker can check — and scoped testing through an accredited lab for market-specific requirements when your order targets such a market. We will tell you in the specification what we hold and what we are going to test; that is the order of business.

Quality That Scales

Every Precise3D printer passes through incoming checks, in-process checkpoints, and a burn-in and print test on the dedicated line before leaving the floor. Consistency is the goal — the process, the records, and the test print in the box are how we pursue it.

Our quality benches include thermal observation, mechanical checks, and the test-print reference set. We do not publish unverified defect-rate claims; what we publish is how the process works, what is tested, and where the records live. The same discipline applies to credentials: CE (LVD) and RoHS reports on file from an independent third-party laboratory are the only product-level marks on record, and both are verifiable online by report number.
