What is the minimum order?
MOQ from 100 units per model. Mixed-model orders are fine; OEM programs start at the same floor.
Can I get a sample or demo unit?
Samples are available on a sample order basis. Partner demo-unit programs are scoped in the partner agreement.
How long is production?
Varies with volume and customization — your quote states it. For standard configs we quote 30–45 days after deposit.
