Delivered Worldwide.
On Time. Intact.
Export-grade ISTA 3A-tested packaging engineered for ocean and air freight. Multi-modal shipping to Europe, North America, South America, and Asia. Full customs documentation support with our verifiable compliance files, plus shipment tracking.
Packaging Engineering
Built to Survive the Journey
Our packaging is not an afterthought — it is engineered alongside the product. Every packaging design is tested to ISTA 3A simulation standards before approval for export.
Custom Foam Insert System
High-density EPE foam (30kg/m3), CNC-cut to each printer model with 15mm minimum wall thickness. Multi-layer design isolates the printer from all six sides. Shock absorption tested to 50G impact equivalent. Foam inserts are model-specific — no generic fillers. Each insert is serialized to match the printer model revision.
Double-Wall Export Cartons
5-ply BC-flute corrugated fiberboard rated at 12kN/m ECT (Edge Crush Test). Reinforced corners with additional 3-ply pads. Moisture-resistant coating on external surfaces. Die-cut handholds for safe handling. Each carton marked with model number, serial number range, gross/net weight, and handling instructions in English and destination language.
Climate Protection
Silica gel desiccant packs (50g per carton) for humidity control during sea freight. Humidity indicator cards (HIC) with 10%/20%/30%/40% indicator spots placed in every carton. VCI (Vapor Corrosion Inhibitor) bags for steel components. All electronics sealed in ESD-protective moisture barrier bags. Temperature exposure range: -20 degrees C to +60 degrees C during transit.
Palletization & Container Loading
Standard configuration: 12 cartons per EUR pallet (1200x800mm), stretch-wrapped with 3-layer LLDPE film and edge protectors. Tilt indicators (Tip-N-Tell) and shock indicators (ShockWatch) on every pallet. FCL 20ft container: up to 120 units (10 pallets). FCL 40ft container: up to 200 units (16-18 pallets). Container loading plan provided with every shipment.

Regional Timelines
Delivery Estimates by Destination
Actual transit times vary by destination port, customs efficiency, and local last-mile delivery. Figures below are averages from Shenzhen/Hong Kong departure.
Asia Pacific
Air Express
3-5 days
Sea Freight
10-18 days
Shortest transit times globally. Daily sailings from Shenzhen (Yantian/Shekou) and Hong Kong. Customs clearance typically 1-2 days. Key ports: Singapore, Busan, Tokyo, Sydney, Bangkok, Ho Chi Minh City. Free trade agreements (RCEP, ASEAN-China FTA) may reduce duties.
Europe
Air Express
5-8 days
Sea Freight
28-35 days
CE documentation pre-prepared and included in every shipment. Rail freight via China-Europe Railway Express (18-25 days) offers cost-time balance. Key ports: Rotterdam, Hamburg, Antwerp, Felixstowe, Barcelona, Gdansk. EU customs typically 2-4 days with complete documentation.
Americas
Air Express
5-8 days
Sea Freight
25-45 days
Documentation is prepared per destination country — for the US that means on-record reports and declarations we actually hold, with market-specific compliance scoped per project where required. Key ports: Los Angeles/Long Beach (25-30 days), New York/Newark (35-40 days), Savannah, Vancouver, Manzanillo (MX), Santos (BR). West Coast is significantly faster than East Coast for sea freight.
Middle East & Africa
Air Express
5-8 days
Sea Freight
20-30 days
Key hub ports: Jebel Ali (Dubai), Jeddah, Durban, Mombasa, Tema (Ghana). Certificate of origin and commercial invoice legalization available for markets requiring consular documentation. LCL consolidation options for smaller markets with less-than-pallet volumes.
Oceania
Air Express
5-7 days
Sea Freight
20-25 days
Regular sailings to Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Auckland, and Lyttelton. Biosecurity-compliant packaging: ISPM 15 heat-treated pallets standard for all Oceania shipments. Documentation support is prepared per order — RCM-style conformity is assessed per project.
South & Central Asia
Air Express
4-6 days
Sea Freight
15-20 days
Key ports: Nhava Sheva, Chennai, Colombo, Chittagong, Karachi. Frequent feeder vessel connections from Singapore and Port Klang transshipment hubs. Market-specific conformity for India is tested per project — we do not claim to hold it in advance.
Documentation & Customs
Paperwork That Clears Borders
Complete and accurate documentation is the difference between a shipment that clears customs in 2 days versus 2 weeks. We prepare everything you need.
Standard Export Documents
Every shipment includes: commercial invoice (with HS code 8477.80.00 — 3D printers), packing list (detailed per carton), bill of lading or air waybill, certificate of origin (Form E / Form F / general COO), and the declaration of conformity backed by our CE (LVD) and RoHS reports. All documents in English, with translation available for specific markets.
Market-Specific Documentation
Additional documents prepared as applicable per destination: certificate of origin and consular legalization where a market requires it, EUR.1 movement certificate for preferential tariff treatment, and market-specific conformity files once the testing for that market has been run. If a destination asks for documentation we do not hold, we tell you before the order rather than at the border.
Customs Clearance Support
We maintain relationships with customs brokers in major markets. Pre-shipment document review ensures HS code classification is correct. Duty rate estimates provided before shipping. We handle FDA Prior Notice for any medical-adjacent applications. Consignee-specific labelling requirements (MADE IN CHINA, model/serial, voltage rating) applied at factory.
Incoterms & Insurance
Flexible Commercial Terms
Choose the Incoterms that match your logistics capability. We accommodate FOB, CIF, DAP, DDP, and EXW. Full cargo insurance available on all shipments.

CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight)
We arrange and pay for freight and insurance to your destination port. You handle import customs and last-mile delivery. Recommended for partners who want freight managed but can handle destination clearance locally.
DAP (Delivered at Place)
Door-to-door delivery to your specified address. We handle all logistics including destination customs clearance and last-mile trucking. Import duties and taxes are your responsibility. Simplest option for first-time importers.
Cargo Insurance
All-risk cargo insurance available at 110% of invoice value (Institute Cargo Clauses A). Covers loss, damage, theft, and general average. Claims processed within 30 days. Insurance certificate provided with shipping documents. Recommended for all sea freight shipments.
Shipment Visibility
Real-time tracking available for all shipping methods. Container GPS tracking option for FCL shipments. Automated milestone notifications: departure, transshipment, arrival, customs release, last-mile delivery. Weekly status reports throughout transit.
