Partner Ecosystem

Verifiable programs — results published with partners’ permission

A Partner Ecosystem.
Built on Real Capability.

We don't publish marketing case studies. Partner results appear here as they are documented — and what we can show you today, honestly, is the pathway itself: how a partnership runs from first inquiry to after-sales.

How It Works

Four Stages, Every Partner

No invented customers, no invented revenue. This is the sequence every Precise3D program moves through — and it is the same whether you distribute, white-label, or equip classrooms.

1. Choose Your Market

Distribution with a protected territory, OEM white-label under your own brand, or education bundles. We align the model to your channels and volume expectations — and to the Precise3D line that fits your market, from entry-level to high-end specs.

No prior 3D printing experience is required. The conversation covers what sells where, and we set realistic expectations before anything is committed.

2. Customize from 100 Units

Custom branding starts at a verified 100-unit minimum: logo silk-screen on the machine, a custom firmware interface and boot screen, packaging and manuals in your language, and spec adjustments for your region or use case.

That minimum is published in our program terms, so expectations are set before you commit — and the customization can be as light as a logo and a language pack, or as deep as a full interface.

3. Training & Marketing Kit

Technical and sales training for your team — setup, everyday troubleshooting, maintenance, and running a demo or classroom session — plus co-branded images, datasheets, demo materials, and quick-start guides.

Training is about making your staff confident on day one; the kit is about making the first sale easier than the tenth. Both are part of the standard package, not add-ons.

4. After-Sales Support

You handle tier-1 with customers; we back your team with a spare parts catalog, repair documentation, engineering escalation, and a documented warranty process.

The documentation keeps the process transparent: your customers know what to expect, and we both know which side covers which case.

Not Sure Which Model?

A Quick Match

Three common starting points, three clearly-labeled doors. Everything here is capability you can verify — the choice is a matter of fit, not of promises.

You Have a Catalog

Distributors and dealers with existing channels: start with the Distribution Program and get tiered volume pricing, a co-branded marketing kit, localized materials, and after-sales that runs on clear documentation.

You Have a Name

Consumer electronics brands and private-label retailers: the OEM White-Label Program puts your name on the machine from a verified 100-unit minimum — logo, firmware interface, packaging, and manuals in your language.

You Have a Classroom

Schools, universities, and training centers: the Education Program pairs institutional multi-unit pricing with teacher and technician training, curriculum-ready lesson ideas, and documented safety, maintenance, and warranty terms.

What you can verify today: CE LVD and RoHS reports on file are third-party records verifiable online by report number; the 100-unit minimum is published in the program terms; and the training, marketing kit and after-sales scopes are fixed parts of every program, not add-ons.
